1. Service Scope & Definitions
ReversePhone provides a digital information lookup SaaS service that aggregates publicly available data to help users identify unknown callers and verify identities.
ReversePhone provides a digital information lookup SaaS service that aggregates publicly available data to help users identify unknown callers and verify identities.
Users may create an account using a device fingerprint for anonymous access or a Magic Link email for full account features. Each user is limited to one active account.
We use passwordless Magic Link authentication. A unique login link is sent to your registered email address. Links expire and are single-use for security.
Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. Each plan grants a set number of credits per billing period. The price, billing interval and credit allowance that apply to you are the ones shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase, and any trial and its post-trial renewal price and interval are disclosed there before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at that interval until cancelled.
Searching does not consume credits. One credit is consumed each time you open a report, unlock a report, or have a report emailed to you. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and do not expire while your account is active — they remain available even after you cancel automatic renewal.
You agree to use ReversePhone only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the service for stalking, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activity.
ReversePhone is NOT a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. You may not use this service for consumer credit decisions, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant screening, or any FCRA-regulated purpose.
Information provided is aggregated from publicly available sources and may not be complete, accurate, or current. ReversePhone makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the data.
You may cancel at any time from your account or through the cancellation portal linked in the site footer. Cancellation takes effect immediately: automatic renewal is disabled and no further credits are granted. Any credits already in your account remain available and you may sign in at any time to use them. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current period; if you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] and we will review the charge.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on ReversePhone are owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your use of ReversePhone is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Any disputes arising from your use of ReversePhone shall be resolved through binding arbitration, administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 6 months or $100, whichever is greater. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may ask us to stop returning results for a phone number or email address you control, without creating an account. Submit the request through the Opt-Out link in the site footer and confirm it from the verification email we send. Once confirmed, lookups for that phone number or email address are refused before any data source is queried, and no report is produced. Opt-out requests apply to future lookups; reports already delivered to a user are not retrieved.
Results are assembled from third-party and public sources at the time you search. We do not guarantee that a search will return any result, and the absence of a result is not evidence about the person or vehicle searched. Where a source is unavailable or times out, that part of the report is marked as not found rather than filled in. We do not offer facial recognition or biometric identification, real-time location or GPS, device monitoring, or access to private accounts, messages, or credentials.
